Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase on business days. However, processing times may vary due to unexpected events.
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has left our warehouse, responsibility for delivery transfers to the chosen shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). While we strive to ensure a seamless process, we are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Lost/Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- Shipping Delays: Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, peak season traffic, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Delivery times are subject to the selected shipping carrier.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging in good condition.
To start a return, contact us at eternal8.ca@gmail.com. You will need to provide us with your order number. It is recommended that you also include the reason for the return, as this will increase the chances of your return being accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without receiving confirmation will not be accepted.

Defects & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you've received the wrong item. We will do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns that include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases due to carrier safety restrictions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 9 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
